Our VMI program saves time, money, and labor while optimizing inventory. The VMI Program allows our customers to reduce inventory through product consolidation and usage analysis while increasing inventory turns. We are committed to assisting our customers address labor costs by providing the right materials in the right quantity, correctly packaged, and delivered to the right place at the right time. Our VMI program is a value added service for our customers. To get started, all we need is a starting bill of material. In some cases, we can develop the initial list based on purchasing history, or by conducting a physical inventory to identify the items needed in the VMI program.
Our VMI department serves electrical contractor job sites through on-site shipping containers and/or job boxes. We also provide inventory management for contractor shop inventory for meeting their service department needs.
VMI meets inventory needs in storerooms or by strategically placing inventory directly on the plant floor. Our customers receive fulfillment services twice a week, weekly, or bi-weekly based on usage and customer requirements.
